Our mission is simple: provide affordable long-term care for South Florida’s LGBT seniors. We will help you stay in your own home as long as possible, or work with you in independent living senior communities, with the aim of avoiding expensive nursing facilities.

Our licensed and insured caregivers work in and are part of the LGBT community, so we understand the specific needs of our clients.

Our professional staff will work with you and your insurance provider to ensure the level of care you need is affordable. In most cases, your existing long-term care insurance policy could mean you pay no out-of-pocket costs. We’ll gladly evaluate your policy to determine the level of care you’re eligible for so that you receive the maximum benefit.

Many providers claim this but we live it: we treat clients as our family.  Our LGBT caregivers understand the special needs of our clients in a way other providers don’t, so we’re able to offer individual and customized service, whether that’s on an as-needed basis or 24/7. We carefully match caregivers with clients, because comfort and trust are paramount.

Emerald Elite’s Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are there when you or a loved one faces a challenge. We offer a full range of home care services — medical home health care and various non-medical services — aimed at providing assistance, peace of mind, comfort, and companionship.

Emerald Elite Senior Home Care is looking for Companions, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) that are available for work in all of Broward County.  We are looking for qualified, motivated people that would like work up to 7 days, day or night shifts, and also Live-Ins. 

• Must currently be able to speak English fluently.
• Must be able to lift a patient.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must have full car insurance coverage.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license.
